Our Shipping Policy is as follows
- You can ask to exchange a product within 14 days from the date of delivery, as long as it’s due to one if these circumstances:
- You received the wrong order.
- The product(s) is defective.
- The product(s) is damaged in transit (origin country to destination country)
- A manufacturer recalls the product(s)
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- The product will only be refunded as long as it’s in an original state.
- Once the returned product has been evaluated by the Oud Bazaar management, you will be notified immediately regarding the refund.
- The original shipping, duty and tax charges are not refundable.

- In certain circumstances, before the order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, then you’re required to inform Oud Bazaar management through email or telephone about your cancellation within 24 hours from the time of order being placed.
- Please note that we are unable to combine orders, change the items, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
- Your order will be processed and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping.
